Our peaceful Aire, located on a sunny south-facing slope, is the perfect nature lover escape. Surrounded by farmland, the adjacent pond provides sanctuary to swans, geese, moorhens, ducks and a heron, with many other birds and wildlife also calling Linthill home. 

The historic fishing town of Eyemouth, with full services, is only 1.5 miles to the east and Ayton, along with the main A1 trunk road, is just over 2 miles to the west. 

This quiet stopover is ideal for those travelling north to Edinburgh (50 miles), south to Newcastle upon Tyne (73 miles), or wishing to explore the best of the Borderlands.
